The use and valorization of Open Data by IPA – Index of Italian Public Administration in the form of Web Gis 2.0 available from the domain Geodemocracy.com. 

An advanced Opensource Gis Web application, developed in Drupal 7, which allows free consultation and geospatial representation of all structures of the Italian public administration, characterized and addressed to ISTAT categories:      

- ministries, administrations and local authorities;

- schools and universities;

- professional bodies and trade associations;

- research centers and agencies;

- hospitals and health facilities,

- parks, theaters, foundations, etc.
 

The list of the PEC (Certified Electronic Mail Addresses) of more than 20.000 geolocated public bodies and buildings characterized by address, head/representative, corporate website, social links, and fictional links to information in google maps and street view.
