Multicriteria spatial analysis of territorial dynamics of the Emilia Romagna Region

The use of advanced GIS and specific functionality of Multicriteria Spatial Analysis at the base of a territorial advanced study conducted on behalf of  ERVET Spa (Development Agency of the Emilia Romagna) as part of the Cognitive Framework of the New Spatial Plan of the Emilia Romagna Region (PTR).

Indicators based on the demographics of the residents, the evolution of the urbanized area and commuting home - work / study were analyzed, combined, and interpreted through sophisticated cartographic multilayer and synthesis representations, for making clear objective of regional areas, dynamics and spatial scale communal polarization of the region.
